How to Code your own custom modules for MySpaceMozilla

As of version 0.9.0, you are now able to create your own custom modules/add-ons for MySpaceMozilla (MSM).

Those of you familiar with GreaseMonkey will be pleased to know that creating add-ons for MSM is just as easy, if not easier! In fact most scripts written for GreaseMonkey can be easily ported into MSM. This means not only can you create interesting features such as customizing the look and feel of MySpace Forums or removing ads ....... but also to more complex stuff such as creating a way to search your friends profiles for say any mention of your name within their comments (to pick an example at random).

In fact, the scope to what you can achieve with these add-ons is practically limitless.

What skills do I need to create my own add-ons for MSM?

You will need at least a basic knowledge of HTML and some Javascript knowledge. If the acronym DOM means anything to you, that also helps!
